For the upcoming edition of Art Miami, SmithDavidson Gallery will present a tightly curated exhibition showcasing the gallery’s main program of Modern & Contemporary Art and Masters of the Australian Indigenous Art movement.
Important mid- and late-century artworks by Lucio Fontana, Sam Francis, Fernando Botero, and Robert Indiana will be featured alongside masterpieces by Emily Kam Kngwarray, Warlimpirringa Tjapaltjarri, Rover Thomas Joolama, and Bill Whiskey Tjapaltjarri.
New works by ultra-contemporary artists Pepe Valenti, Gavin Rain, and Matthijs Scholten will be presented in dialogue with international artists Zhuang Hong Yi and Vincent Lagrange. Additionally, this year will mark the introduction of German artist Diana Korn, whose paintings explore the interplay of color and texture with a sense of humor, offering a fresh perspective within the collection.
